Lynn E. Moyer has represented the legal interests of the Memorial Health Services (also known as the MemorialCare Health System) for more than 25 years in the defense of hospital professional and general liability claims, representing licensed staff in the defense of licensing board allegations, and has provided excellent legal guidance relied on by the MHS Risk and Insurance Management department and the corporate enterprise. She has tried multiple claims to trial verdicts and arbitration judgments in favor of the Memorial Health Services and its subsidiary hospital facilities. Moreover, she has selfishly volunteered her time and expertise educating professional and support staff and conducting mock depositions and trials to assist our Risk and Insurance Management department in training hospital employees and thereby optimizing risk identification, control and prevention and promoting patient safety. She is considered a valuable asset and integral component of our MemorialCare Risk Team. Mrs. Moyer is also quite involved and immersed in a number of high level community and church oriented activities (some of which utilize her in her professional capacity).
